SHADOWS AND SUNSETS.

At one pure bliss

and pure despairing 

As love's last gleaming

fades to sunset

why must we fly?

shadows cover the starry sky

i rest serene 

in my last failure

loveless,

no more flame held

between hand and hand

forgot me heaven and hell

and loose yourself

between shadows and sunsets.
